When our clients need training help, we send them to Diana. When her clients need a walker or boarding while they travel, she sends them to us.

Diana Sillaots, CPDT-KA, CCDT Certified Dog Trainer & Behavior Consultant
Diana works with dogs who feel everything: every siren, every stranger, every sudden noise on a crowded street. Her focus is fear-based behavior, reactivity, and difficulty settling, along with helping shelter and rescue dogs decompress and adjust to a new home.
Her approach starts with reading a dog's body language, the small signals like a lip lick, a yawn, or a look away, and using those signals to build trust and give the dog a say in their own training. She's grounded in positive reinforcement and follows LIMA principles (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive), which means no punishment, no corrections, and no aversive equipment.
Diana previously served as Senior Dog Trainer and Behavior Consultant at Biscuits & Bath in New York City, working with dogs struggling to adjust to urban life. Sessions happen where the behavior actually shows up: in your home, on your walks, in the real situations your dog is navigating.
