  • We use Time to Pet, our convenient online booking app, to make scheduling easy! After an initial free meet-and-greet where we get to know you and your pet and discuss both your needs and your pet's specific requirements, you'll have access to book services directly through the app. If you prefer, you can always contact us directly to schedule at (347) 753-2723 or woofsandwags.info@gmail.com – whatever works best for you!

  • Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Your pet's safety and your property's security are our top priorities.

  • We understand that plans change! Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    We ask that all changes be submitted 24 hours in advance.

    Cancellation Fees:

    • Same-day cancellation or when the dog is not present at time of pick-up: Full Rate

    • Any cancellations done after 5pm the day before the walk: 60% of the rate

    Of course, we understand that sometimes there are special situations and we urge you to reach out to us personally to discuss if something emergent comes up.

  • For your convenience and your pet's comfort, we ask for a copy of your key if no one will be home during scheduled visits to hand off and receive your dog. This allows us to maintain consistent schedules and ensure your pet gets their care on time, even when you're at work or away. We treat your keys and home security with the utmost care and responsibility. We'll discuss all the details and answer any questions you have about this process during our initial meet-and-greet.

  • We offer several convenient payment options for your ease! You can pay directly through our Time to Pet app using a credit card, debit card, or bank account. We also accept Zelle for those who prefer that method.

Dog Walking Questions

  • We walk in rain or shine! However, in cases of extreme weather (heavy storms, extreme heat/cold), we may consider doing shorter walks and will communicate that with you. Your dog's safety always comes first.

  • We keep our groups small and manageable, typically 4-6 dogs maximum. This ensures each pup gets proper attention and supervision while allowing for a fun, social experience.

  • Absolutely! After each walk, we send a full report card through our Time to Pet app that includes photos and details about your pup's adventure. You'll receive this report both in the app and via email, so you can stay connected with your dog's activities even when you're away.

Dog Boarding Questions

  • Your dog will stay in our home and be treated like one of our own family members! They'll have access to comfortable sleeping areas, play spaces, and plenty of attention and snuggles throughout their stay. Your pup will also enjoy lots of playtime and 3-4 walks per day to keep them happy, exercised, and entertained.

  • Please bring your dog's regular food, any medications, and favorite toys or blankets. Familiar items help your pup feel more at home. We have plenty of beds and towels.

  • Yes, we're experienced in administering medications including pills and liquids, as long as your dog doesn't have a contagious illness. Please provide clear instructions and enough medication for the entire stay.

  • Yes! We send regular photos and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry friend is happy and well-cared for.

Cat Care Questions

  • Our cat care visits include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and lots of affection (for cats who enjoy it!). We'll also bring in mail, rotate lights, and water plants if needed.

  • Standard visits are typically 30 minutes, which gives us plenty of time to care for your cat's needs and provide some quality interaction. Longer visits can be arranged if needed.

  • Of course! We'll send you photos and updates during each visit so you know your cat is doing well.

  • Absolutely! We're happy to care for multi-cat households. Each kitty will get individual attention during our visits.
